"I very much appreciated the media training, it was one of the most useful training courses I have been on. The course leader was excellent and taught us a lot about journalists and journalism as well as the different media we could be involved with. The highlight for me was being put through the mill (!) first thing in the morning and then learning techniques and the confidence to guide a conversation back to my agenda. In addition, the techniques and skills I have learned on the course will be extremely useful in external meetings as well as during negotiations with clients."
