How would you like to access high-quality, interactive, bespoke training on your computer or mobile device?
Our video conferencing options allows delegates to access all the great training we provide in our classrooms and studios from anywhere in the world, without having to travel.
And it also best prepares delegates for the current working world, where most meetings and media interviews continue to be carried out remotely via videoconference and on the phone.
Whether you need media training, presentation skills training, crisis communication, message development and testing, social media or leadership communication skills, we will work with you to devise a course that meets your exact needs and that can be delivered through Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
Each course can be adapted to delegates’ new home working environments, challenges and commitments.
The sessions are typically shorter, with more breaks and a greater focus on one-to-one coaching. But they still include everything you’ve come to expect from our face-to-face training, with practical sessions that are recorded for playback and coaching and full-written feedback of every delegates’ performance issued after the course.
Each course is delivered by one of our current working journalists who are kitted out with professional video, audio and lighting setups and high-speed internet. And they are supported by our in-house technical team to ensure the training isn’t interrupted by any glitches.
We ensure all our video conference training sessions are practical and include seamless playback of presentation and media interviews, together with personal coaching and feedback, to enable each candidate to reach their learning goals.
Each delegate can also access their interviews and presentations after the training through our secure library.
And, because we know that comms teams often like to observe our training, we’ve made sure you can dip in and out of the online training at your convenience.
Who is this training method best suited for?
Everyone. Over the past few years, we have delivered this training to everyone from experienced CEOs to new starters.
If your delegates are particularly pressed for time, or feel overwhelmed by how much time they are spending on Zoom or Teams, it may be worth exploring our blended options.
This enables delegates to learn all the theory they need on an online course they can access at a time that is convenient for them. And then they can put it to a test with a bespoke session with our expert tutors.
Not sure what delivery style is best for you or your delegates?
Don’t worry – get in touch with us and we’ll talk you through the options based on your brief.
